Lunch and Learn - Join us bi-monthly on the third Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. for lunch and a health-related lecture from Noon to 1 p.m. A variety of topics are offered for those "55 or better". The lecture only is free.

Senior Speakers' Bureau Listings - Health care professionals are available to speak to older adult groups of 15 or more about a variety of health and wellness topics.
