The Art and Science of Healing
At the Providence Cancer Institute, true healing combines the best that technology has to offer with programs that address each patient's unique personality and psyche. When the Institute opened the Assarian Cancer Center and the Center for the Healing Arts in Novi in Summer 1999, a new way to treat cancer came to metro Detroit. With input from patients, their caregivers, clergy members, mental health professionals, physicians and other healthcare providers, the Assarian Cancer Center brought together under one roof all elements necessary for healing. In short, we dedicated ourselves to the wholeness of every patient - body, mind and spirit.
