St. John Providence Health System patients have access to social workers and financial counselors who are committed to working with you, your physician, and your insurance company so that you can receive care at our hospitals. These individuals are available to help you verify your coverage, answer billing questions, and help address any concerns you may have.
Assistance with your financial questions and needs remains confidential.
Our financial assistance team can provide information on:
- Chemotherapy financial assistance programs and applications
- What coverage is offered through Medicare and Medicaid
- Other coverage options, including supplemental insurance programs.
- Questions you may want to ask your insurance company
- How to receive help if you have no insurance or limited insurance
