The student elective program at Providence Hospital in Obstetrics and Gynecology has the following objectives: |
|||
|
|
1. To instruct the medical student in the correlation of basic fundamental knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology with the basic sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, etc.). 2. To instruct the medical student in the clinical application of Obstetrics and Gynecology correlated with previous exposure via curricula in the medical school. |

Student Responsibilities and Expectations: |

4. The practical application and conduct of a pelvic examination in relationship to the history as it applies to any female patient.
7. Participate with our residents on a night call schedule. |
