About
St. John Hospital and Medical Center - North Shores Campus has served the community since 1925, and been a valued member of St. John Providence Health System since 1984. The campus has now closed.
Outpatient rehabilitation patients are now seen at St. John Medical Center - Harrison Township (corner of Metropolitan Parkway and Crocker). The site also has a lab drawstation, X-ray, extended hours urgent care, and a family physician practice.
All rehabilitation inpatients were transitioned to the new Cracchiolo Rehabilitation Center located at St. John Hospital and Medical Center.

Patients may request copies of their North Shores medical record by calling any St. John Providence Health / Health Information Management Department. The St. John Hospital and Medical Center at 313-343-3780.
