	Malaz Almsaddi, MD Malaz Almsaddi, MD, is the Medical Director of the Chronic Headache and Migraine Institute. He has vast experience in the management of migraine headache and facial pain. He provides the latest technologies involved in the treatment of refractory headaches. Dr. Almsaddi coordinates a multidisciplinary team of professionals to assist the headache suffer, including psychology, physical therapy, and nutrition counseling.
	Kimberly C. Bialik, PhD Kimberly C. Bialik, Ph.D., is a fully licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in health psychology. Dr. Bialik earned her Ph.D. from bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. She completed a health psychology post-doctoral fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Bialik has over 10 years experience specializing in the treatment of chronic head pain.
