Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a treatment technique used by either physical therapists or a physician with extensive training. A typical craniosacral treatment session involves the practitioner placing their hands on the patient and "re-setting" the patients craniosacral rhythm. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle treatment approach, which works the spine, skull and cranial sutures, relieving restrictions of nerve passageways, optimizing movement of the spinal cord and nerves, and ultimately promoting improved function. Mal-aligned bones can also be restored to their proper position by this treatment method.
