St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center's Cardiovascular Services include 24-hour emergency assessment, 83 monitored cardiac care beds, echocardiography, stress testing that includes nuclear, pharmacological and stress echocardiography, stress testing laboratory physicians and staff, a diagnostic cardiac catheterization laboratory, and a pacemaker clinic. We also offer 24-hour Holter monitor systems and cardiac event monitors that capture patient heart information.

Lingareddy Devireddy, MD
Dr. Devireddy is Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center. In addition, he serves as Chief of Cardiology at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center. Dr. Devireddy is also a Clinical Assistant Professor Medicine at Wayne State University. Dr. Devireddy received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India (1968). He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center-Long Island Jews Hospital, New York, and his Cardiology Fellowship at Harper Hospital, Wayne State University, Detroit. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has been in cardiovascular practice since 1975 and is well experienced in performing cardiac catheterizations and angioplasties.
James R. Martin, MD
James R. Martin, MD is Medical Director of Cardiovascular Surgery at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center. In addition, Dr. Martin serves as Chief of Cardiovascular Surgery, within the Department of Surgery. He works with the Cardiovascular team in ensuring the overall clinical quality and integrity of Cardiovascular surgery for the patients served by the Warren hospital. Dr. Martin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. The Medical Director of Cardiovascular Surgery completed residencies in General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery at the School of Medicine & Biomedical Science, State University of New York at Buffalo. He is board-certified in both Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Martin is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons, American College of Chest Physicians and Society of Thoracic Surgeons; and is a member of the American Heart Association, Michigan Society of Thoracic Surgeons, Wayne County Medical Society, Michigan State Medical Society and Oakland County Thoracic Surgeons Society.
