Japanese Program
St. John Providence Health System has a long tradition of providing outstanding medical care to the communities we serve. With our continued growth, we are committed to carry on that tradition and meet the unique needs of families and businesses in the Novi area.
To enhance our relationship with the Japanese community, we are proud to offer a Japanese Nurse Coordinator who is solely dedicated to working with our Japanese patients and families. This nurse is a patient liaison with the ability to translate both oral and written communications, schedule appointments, assess, educate and assist in the care, treatment and navigation of the patient throughout our facilities.
We value our relationship with the Japanese community and families. We are confident that our services will insure a positive patient care experience and demonstrate our commitment to our mission, vision and values.
