Betty Granger, CSJ - Sr. Vice President, Mission Integration

Betty Granger, CSJ, has served as Senior Vice President of mission integration for St. John Providence Health System (SJPHS) since 2002. In her role, she provides leadership for integrating the mission and values throughout SJPHS and works to enhance workplace spirituality and sponsor relationships.

Before joining SJPHS, Granger served as Vice President of Sponsorship at Genesys Health System in Grand Blanc, Mich. She has also held leadership positions at St. Joseph Hospital in Flint, Mich., Dillon Complex for Independent Living in Kalamazoo, Mich., Sisters of St. Joseph in Nazareth, Mich., and St. Augustine Elementary School in Kalamazoo, Mich.

Granger currently serves on the boards of St. John Providence Health Eastwood Clinics, St. John Providence Health Senior Services, St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and Ascension Health. She is also a member of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Nazareth, Mich., Leadership Detroit and the National Association of Catholic Chaplains.

Granger holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Nazareth College and master’s degrees in administration from Western Michigan University and pastoral ministry from Marygrove College.
