- Health Connect - St. John Health Connect is a free health information resource service designed to help callers locate SJH physicians, programs or classes.

- Triumph Hospital - a specialized long-term hospital care or intensive care facility that offers services beyond the scope of a traditional hospital.
- Veterans Administration - a temporary housing program which provides short-term relief to veterans in need and who are referred by the John Dingell VA Hospital.
- Oakland University Program
- Detroit Community Initiative (DCI) - a non-profit organization committed to providing safe, healthy and prosperous neighborhoods for children and familities of Detroit. DCI developed an independent senior housing complex on the campus.
- National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependency (NCADD)
- Nortown Homes - refurbishes homes for those who meet income criteria
- RecoverCare - RecoverCare is a durable medical equipment leader and a bariatric care, wound and specialty technologies company
- The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) - an independent statewide non-profit agency that provides emergency energy assistance to low income households.
- Osborn Entrepreneurship and Micro-enterprise Project - a joint venture with Lawrence Tech University and Osborn High School to introduce people to entrepreneuriship, funded by a Skillman Foundation grant.
