What do they do?

Medical Transcriptionist are responsible for transcribing letters, reports and other information from medical and technical personnel using computer equipment and a variety of software.

Where do they work?

Hospital, private practice, medical groups and can work from home.

Educational Requirements

Transcriptions training program can last up to two years.
